Job Description:
Wilkes Cleaning & Supply is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining high standards of floor care in commercial and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing with an auto-scrubber, and polishing floors using propane buffers and other specialized equipment.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in floor maintenance or janitorial work is preferred but not required — we provide training for the right person.
